Peter Drivas, the President of RIGHTWAYLA Property Management, Inc, has been recognized as a member of Who’s Who in America for Executives and Professionals.  In addition, Manager’s Report, a nationwide publication for the property management industry, recognized RIGHTWAYLA for our commitment to excellence. A similar article appeared in The Orange County Register; which was the first time in over five years that The Orange County Register published a positive article on a property management company.

Peter is a CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager).  RIGHTWAYLA is a member of CAI and CACM.  In 1998, California State Bank awarded Right-Way the award for “Excellence in Financial Management of Homeowner Associations.”  This recognition was acknowledged in The Orange County Business Journal, Condo Management, The Irvine Citizen and Community Associations Institute newsletter.  In 2001, one of Peter’s associations was nominated for “Association of the Year” through CAI.  Peter also received the prestigious “Property Manager of the Year” in 2003 awarded by CAI (a national association consisting of more than 5,000 property managers on the state level).
